Your privacy is very important to us! Information we collect "Personally identifiable information" is information that can be used to identify or contact you, such as your name, e-mail address, home or work address, or telephone number. Proof On File only has access to the personally identifiable information that you provide. We cannot determine your e-mail address unless you provide it. We cannot gain access to other information on your computer. If you join the site, purchase products or services or sign up for our mailing list, you must provide us with enough information to enable us to process the requested transaction. This includes, at a minimum, personally identifiable information such as name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number. Members also select, and thereby provide, a username and password combination. Your name, and personal information are kept totally confidential. We will never intentionally disclose any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are compelled to do so by law (in response to a subpoena or court order). Proof On File Does Not Sell Our Mailing List (email or snail mail) We will never sell your name or other personally identifiable information to anyone else. How we use the informationThe personally identifiable information you provide is used only to process the transaction you requested and occasionally to provide you with special offers from Proof On File. For example, we may from time to time send you notices and/or emails to introduce a product or service. You may opt-out of receiving emails and notices by contacting us directly or sending a statement to that effect. Regarding your order shipments and cataloguesAll orders are shipped in non descript boxes. Priority Mail shipments are usually shipped in the US Priority Mail supplied boxes which are red, white and blue, and are labeled Priority Mail. Newsletters are mailed in security envelopes with our return address. They do not say anything about adult material on the outside of the envelope. |
